• Minimum stay of 1 week during the high season, 2 days during the rest of the year;
• Use of heating – 10,00 euro a day per flat;
• All linen is included in the price: kitchen, bathroom and bedroom;
• Cancellation possible up to 1 week before arrival. Cancellation fee equal to 30% of the whole stay;
